Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join the Branding Attraction and Engagement Team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to hone your design skills, work on projects, and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing creative and visually appealing content for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, and internal company materials.
  • Collaborate mainly with the People and Culture team and cross teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and projects.
  • Edit and refine existing designs to meet feedback and project requirements.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
  • Currently final year in university pursuing a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity (include school projects, personal projects, or previous work).
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Capcut) is a plus.
  • Experience with collaboration software such as Notion.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma) is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements.
