Highlight Pekerjaan:

  • Dapat mengkoordinasikan dan melakukan analisa mikrobiologi bahan baku/kemas/ruahan/stability/produk jadi sesuai prosedur.
  • Melakukan analisa mikrobiologi monitoring water system dan system udara area produksi dan Laboratorium QC.
  • Menyiapkan dan menangani media perbenihan, kultur mikroba dan peralatan yang digunakan untuk analisa mikrobiologi sesuai prosedur.
  • Memahami prinsip dan proses sterilisasi secara uap dan panas kering serta depirogenasi.
  • Disiplin, tertib, siap diberikan tugas tambahan sewaktu-waktu.
  • Mampu menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan sesuai lead time.
  • Memahami handling mikroba yang digunakan di lab. mikrobiologi (menurunkan, membuat seri pengenceran, identifikasi dll).
  • Membuat laporan berkala kepada atasan langsung

Keahlian Teknis:

  • Memahami alur kerja bagian Lab QC
  • Memahami instrument dan alat analisis (HPLC, UV, VIS dll)
