Untuk Posisi CLO / Card Loan Officer

Officer Bank yang bertanggung jawab :

  • Memasarkan produk perbankan ( Kartu Kredit & Tabungan )
  • Memenuhi target penjualan di Kantor Cabang dimana ditempatkan
  • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan nasabah dan calon nasabah

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari semua jurusan
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 6 bulan sebagai CS/ Teller/SPG/SPB/Sales/Marketing di bidang Perbankan atau bidang lainnya
  • Fresh Graduate as welcome
  • Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja (Semarang, Solo. Pekalongan,Tegal & Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta)
  • Diutamakan Target Oriented . memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang sales dan target penjualan.

Remunerasi :

  • Gaji pokok, dan Uang Transport yang dibayarkan tetap setiap bulan
  • Tunjangan Kinerja (Insentif) dan Bonus Kinerja per bulan dibayarkan sesuai Kinerja, Insentif tidak dibatasi
  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Tunjangan Cuti (1x gaji pokok) dan THR (1 x gaji pokok)
