Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced
Financial Controller (GM Tax & Accounting)
to lead our tax and accounting functions. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring
full compliance with tax regulations
while maintaining
accurate and timely financial reporting
in accordance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Tax Leadership:
    Drive tax strategy and planning, oversee tax compliance, and manage exposure to local and international tax regulations. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations and proactively identify opportunities for tax optimization.
  • Accounting Oversight:
    Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Development:
    Lead the creation and implementation of robust accounting and tax policies to strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial risks.
  • Financial Analysis:
    Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize financial processes, improve efficiency, and align tax and accounting strategies with business objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay updated on evolving tax laws and accounting standards, ensuring the organization remains compliant and well-prepared for audits.
