Back-End Engineer

About The Role

We're looking for a Back-End Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to help build high-performance, API-driven backend systems for our marketing platforms and client applications.

You'll work primarily with Golang, PostgreSQL, and Redis, and collaborate closely with our front-end engineers to create clean integrations that drive smooth, high-impact user experiences.

What You'll Do?

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with our developers to ensure seamless integration between backend APIs and user interfaces.

Build and Maintain Backend Services:

Develop reliable, efficient server-side applications using
Golang
, supporting high-volume data processing and business logic.

Manage Databases Effectively:

Design and optimize database schemas and complex queries in
PostgreSQL
for performance, consistency, and scalability.

Implement Caching & Real-Time Features:

Leverage
Redis
to enable real-time updates, session management, and high-speed data caching.

Troubleshoot & Debug Issues:

Identify and resolve backend issues quickly, ensuring a consistent and stable user experience across all platforms.

Write Maintainable Code:

Follow best practices for modular, testable, and maintainable code; contribute to peer code reviews and team standards.

Support CI/CD and DevOps Workflows:

Participate in deploying and maintaining services using
Docker
and CI/CD tools; collaborate with DevOps to keep systems smooth and secure.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

Explore new backend tools, patterns, and technologies to keep our stack modern and efficient.

What You Bring?

1-3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development

Proficient in for building performant backend services

Advanced SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Solid knowledge of Redis and use cases in caching and real-time data

Familiar with RESTful API development and microservice architecture

Comfortable using Git, working in Agile teams, and writing clean documentation

Strong debugging skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points for

Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets

Understanding of cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Prior exposure to Vue 3 projects from a back-end integration perspective

Experience working with
Strapi
(headless CMS) for content management integrations

Hands-on experience writing
unit tests
and contributing to automated testing pipelines
