Qualification :

  • Graduate min. from D3 in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
  • Have min 1 years of experience in machine maintenance processes such as : JSW, TOSHIBA, NISSEI, KOMATSU, AIDA, or HIKADA
  • Have experience in the painting machine maintenance process (dip coating & powder coating) machine.
  • Knowlegde the troubleshooting & setting parameters Injection / stamping / painting machine
  • Knowlegde the setting / teaching of handling robots (Yushin, Harmo, Yaskawa, Fanuc)
  • Knowlegde of PLC programming (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron)
  • Disciplined and responsible.
  • Can work in a team or individually.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Job Description :

  • Carrying out preventive and corective maintenance for plastic injection molding / stamping press machine / painting machine (dip coating & powder coating) & equipment.
  • Make document daily check machine, preventive check machine, report trial new equipment (machine & tooling) etc.
  • Make improvements in the maintenance process.
  • Have knowledge related to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Ensure machines and equipment are always in prime condition and ready to be used for production.
