Requirement :

● Bachelor degree in any major.

● Min. 3 years experience in International Freight Forwarding company, especially in Ocean Export Import Documents.

●Strong knowledge of Import Shipping Procedures.

● Proficient in using CEISA 4.0.

● Understand shipping & customs clearance process.

● Excellent in Ms. Office and have a good Communication skill.

● Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.

● Can work under pressure.

● Willing to monitor and supervise work outside working hours / at home.

● Have a good understanding of export and import regulations and licenses.

● Understanding HS Code, and Customs Rules.

● Have a good understanding of export-import activities, international trade, taxation, transportation of goods, logistics.

● Handling submit customer manifest.

● Familiar with checking PIB and other import-related documents.

● Able to understand and process documents such as:

● Certificate of Origin (CoO)

● Bill of Lading (BL)

● Invoice

● Packing List

● INSW Report

Job Description :

● Create and preparing documents for customs

● Create and preparing documents to the shipping agent

● Coordinating and build a good communications with trucking team for delivery

Responsibility :

● Draft PIB / PEB.

● Checking the completeness of documents before the custom process.

● Check manifest, HS code of goods, invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin (CoO), Lartas etc.

● Monitoring the status of goods until ETA.

● Billing process, Notul & SPPB.

● Doing administrative records of export and import.

● Verify Bill of Lading before the vessel's departure.

● Submit Goods Inspection documents at the origin.

● Prepare and submit PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang).

● Review and check PIB documents.

● Complete and maintain export import documentation.
