Reporting to Hub Controller Lead to define project objectives, list of initiatives, and produce various deliverable.

Conduct data analysis to provide insight as part of daily performance evaluation and to identify improvement opportunity & challenges to optimize cost while ensure performance stability and consistency.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPI) dashboard monitoring for quality and financial metrics.

Prepare monthly budgeting and order forecasting.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support project/initiative requirement.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business / Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience or coursework in the retail sector, project management, and familiarity with PnL reports are preferable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to present complex ideas in a systematic and concise manner.

Demonstrate the ability of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong self-starting initiative.

Willingness to learn and to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Proficient in using analytical tools and Microsoft Office.
