Create Sustainable Energy Indonesia is an emerging EV Charger company based in West Jakarta. We're now looking for a Business Development Staff with strong experience in the property industry. This person will play a crucial role in identifying and securing strategic locations for our EV charging stations, such as malls, office buildings, retail centers, and other high-traffic commercial areas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for EV charging stations in commercial or strategic locations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers.

  • Negotiate favorable lease or partnership agreements with landowners.

  • Conduct market research to support site selection and expansion plans.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in business development or property/real estate industry (preferably with a strong network of property owners, landlords, or developers).

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of commercial property markets and location feasibility.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
