City Manager
to lead Xiaomi business growth in a designated region. Your responsibilities will include expanding sales coverage, managing key retail partners, and ensuring the effective execution of Xiaomi's marketing strategies across local channels.

  1. We need candidates with experience in the 3C electronics industry (mobile phones, tablets, wearables, mobile phone accessories, computers).

  2. Candidates should have some offline regional sales management experience; experience managing sales in one or more provinces is preferred.

  3. Candidates with key account (KA) management experience or store management experience are preferred.

  4. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to use English as a working language.

  5. Candidates should be willing to be relocated nationwide (flexible communication based on the job's base location is possible).
