Job Description:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of all live streaming activities across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, etc.).
- Develop live streaming strategies to increase sales conversion, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
- Recruit, train, and manage in-house hosts/talent to ensure consistent performance and brand representation.
- Create live show scripts, talking points, product education guides, and promotional flow for each session.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align live content with campaigns and product priorities.
- Monitor real-time performance during live sessions and lead improvements to increase watch time, CTR, and GMV.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, KOLs, and creators to enhance live performance.
- Manage streaming schedules, talent roster, and studio/technical readiness (lighting, sound, camera, product samples).
- Analyze live streaming metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices to continuously optimize live content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Broadcast Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce livestreaming, talent management, or content production.
- Proven experience growing GMV, viewership, and engagement through live sessions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide hosts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working with data: able to interpret analytics (viewers, CVR, CTR, GMV)
