Job Description:

  1. Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of all live streaming activities across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, etc.).
  2. Develop live streaming strategies to increase sales conversion, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage in-house hosts/talent to ensure consistent performance and brand representation.
  4. Create live show scripts, talking points, product education guides, and promotional flow for each session.
  5. Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align live content with campaigns and product priorities.
  6. Monitor real-time performance during live sessions and lead improvements to increase watch time, CTR, and GMV.
  7. Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, KOLs, and creators to enhance live performance.
  8. Manage streaming schedules, talent roster, and studio/technical readiness (lighting, sound, camera, product samples).
  9. Analyze live streaming metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  10. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices to continuously optimize live content.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Broadcast Media, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce livestreaming, talent management, or content production.
  3. Proven experience growing GMV, viewership, and engagement through live sessions.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide hosts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  5. Comfortable working with data: able to interpret analytics (viewers, CVR, CTR, GMV)
