Production Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our palm oil refinery team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth refinery and fractionation operations while promoting a strong culture of food safety, continuous improvement, and preventive management across the production floor.

KCandey Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities in both refinery and fractionation areas to meet production targets for quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Ensure all processes comply with food safety, GMP, and HACCP standards, and actively promote food safety culture among the production team.
• Monitor process parameters and make timely adjustments to ensure product consistency and operational reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for process deviations or equipment issues.
• Implement preventive management to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, laboratory, and logistics to ensure smooth plant operation.
• Prepare accurate production and performance reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in palm oil refinery and/or fractionation operations.
• Strong understanding of refinery processes, quality control systems, and process safety standards.
• Proven experience in implementing food safety and preventive management programs.
• Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with high attention to detail and accountability.
