Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse management or administrative work in a shoe factory is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and legal regulations is a plus.

Language Skill Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Medium proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Work Location:

  • To be confirmed, but likely in Sidoarjo or Solo. Candidates should be able to travel between these two factory locations as needed.

Job Description:

  • Plan, execute, inspect, improve, and track tasks related to product safety in the plant, including managing cameras, security systems, access control, and shoe inventory inspections.
  • Organize and execute quarterly product safety awareness training programs, including test arrangements and promotional activities.
  • Conduct quarterly internal audits for product safety based on brand customer standards.
  • Accompany brand customers during on-site safety audits and manage follow-up tasks based on audit outcomes.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
