Tanggung Jawab

  • Menjual unit properti dengan strategi kreatif, baik secara langsung maupun digital.
  • Mencapai target penjualan individu yang sudah ditentukan perusahaan.
  • Aktif melakukan promosi termasuk melalui live TikTok Property.
  • Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan calon pembeli.
  • Update laporan penjualan secara rutin ke SPV.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal SMA/SMK (D3/S1 lebih diutamakan, semua jurusan).
  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales (lebih disukai dari properti/otomotif).
  • Pernah capai target Rp2 Miliar/bulan lebih disukai.
  • Berpengalaman sebagai host live TikTok Property menjadi nilai plus.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi.
  • Komunikatif, jago negosiasi, percaya diri, disiplin, jujur, proaktif, dan semangat belajar.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target individu.
