  1. Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems.

  2. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC issues.

  3. Conduct basic repairs on ACs, chillers, dryers, exhausts, etc.

  4. Perform basic HVAC tasks such as installation, checks, inspections, and component replacements.

  5. Complete maintenance logbooks, work orders, and reports in the CMMS (if applicable).

  6. Follow safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and 5S workplace standards.

  7. Support spare parts handling and maintenance tools management.

  8. Participate in machine installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
