As we are now looking to significantly expand our business in Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team as:

Export-Import Associate

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) from Management or related Field

  • Experience 1 – 3 years as in Export Import area especially for fashion and Shoes products from South Korea, China or others country

  • Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, COO and regulations regarding exports and imports

  • Understanding of custom regulation is plus

  • Familiar with Ms.Excell such as pivot, Vlook Up, HLook Up.

  • Able to speak English (active English) is must and Korea is a plus

  • Monitoring delivery to ensure export import goods arrive on time at the warehouse

  • Willing to learn, fast learner, adaptive, high motivation to work.

  • Able to work independently or in team work

  • Communicative, good negotiator, detailed person & good stress tolerance

  • Review paperwork to ensure shipping, storage, and customs fees are billed correctly

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Communicate actively with multinational fashion brand (China, South Korea, others countries) or related field

  • Registered LS (Laporan Survey), and SKI (Surat Keterangan Impor) for fashion products

  • Managed documents for certifications and else

  • Prepared and managed import documents as follows : Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSS)

  • Ensure that input data product timeline as based on procedure

  • Collaboration also monitoring with national/multinational fashion brand

  • Coordination with forwarder agent to shipment

  • Ensure the goods in Delivery in accordance with the order and to the right time

  • Cooperation, communicate effectively with related department

  • Support Marketing for the realization of export product dispatch
