Heavy Machine Technician

Main Responsibility

• Comply with the company's safety and quality rules and procedures to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the power plant.
• General management of all related tasks, including establishment of heavy equipment work plans and work orders and creat a heavyequipment handover log and report it to the relevant Shift Leader(Belt Conveyor Senior Staff) and manage the operators of each equipment.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and record and report inspection results to ensure normal operation of heavy machine
• In the event of a breakdown of heavy machine, conduct cause analysis and maintenance, report the necessary materials, and request the purchasing department.
• To support plant operations and safety, perform emergency response actions in emergency situations that threaten the continuity of plant and personnel operations.
• Prepare maintenance procedures for each heavy equipment and perform work according to the maintenance procedures during work.

Requirement

• High school graduation and related heavy equipment maintenance experience of at least 2 years
