Job Overview :

Responsible for supporting modernization, automation and data-driven initiatives to improve equipment efficiency, production reliability, and digital transformation within the organization.

  1. Responsibilities and Duties :

Project Modernization

· Develop modernization concepts to enhance machine efficiency, reliability, and operational performance

· Plan and execute projects involving control system upgrades, PLC/microcontroller improvements, energy-saving initiatives, and digitalization integration.

· Analyze existing equipment, identify improvement opportunities, and propose technical solutions.

Project Automation

· Plan, monitor, and control automation project activities including research, deployment, and pilot production.

· Communicate with supporting teams to ensure readiness, alignment, and timely execution of automation initiatives.

· Collect, validate, and analyze automation machine data to support deployment and scaling preparation.

· Coordinate with vendors for machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Data Project

· Manage and ensure the accuracy of machine data, spare part records, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment performance tracking.

· Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting and operational insights.

· Build simple digital tools such as tracking systems, automated reports, and reminder tools to support EM digitalization.

· Support digital projects including ANDON systems, real-time monitoring, asset data, machine performance data, and spare part management systems.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Strong understanding of robotics, mechatronics, control systems, motion control, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics and technical drawings (AutoCAD/3D CAD).
  • Skills in project management and capable of working with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and dashboard creation.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer focus, effective communication, and collaborative mindset.
  • Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
  • Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
