Detail Pekerjaan
  • The Entry-Level Motion Designer is responsible for creating motion graphics and simple video content based on detailed instructions and materials provided by the Person in Charge (PIC). This role focuses on precise execution, ensuring that all motion design outputs meet the required specifications, brand standards, and delivery schedules.
  • Key Responsibilities: Create and edit motion graphics or video content using assets provided by the PIC (such as images, text, logos, or templates).
  • Follow clear creative direction, storyboard, or layout references from PIC.
  • Apply animations, transitions, and effects according to the given instructions.
  • Revise and adjust videos or animations based on feedback and revision notes.
  • Export final videos in the required format, resolution, and aspect ratio for web or social media use.
  • Maintain organized working files and ensure proper version control.
  • Report task progress and completion status to the PIC in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
Persyaratan Keahlian
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail, especially in timing, composition, and visual consistency.
  • Positive attitude toward feedback and willingness to learn under supervision.
  • Able to manage routine production tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Tingkat Pendidikan
  • Min. Diploma 3 Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related major (or equivalent practical experience).
