We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for entrepreneurship and business development. We are offering today an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful startup in one of the most beautiful locations in the world: Bali, Indonesia.

I am Rafi Papazian, founder of Celerity Click – An innovative Legal & Property Company – based in Bali, Indonesia. I am also the founder of the famous Monsieur Spoon Bakery (20+ outlets throughout Indonesia) and have a local partner, an intelligent successful Balinese entrepreneur Wayan, legal expert (Tax and accounting).

Our Company, born in 2019, grew rapidly, our main activities are travel visas, company establishment, accounting, and tax services. We are seeking a talented and motivated Australian Manager to change the DNA of our company by injecting some Aussie Blood in it.

Responsibilities
:

  • Learn about our core business activities, including legal services, travel visas, company establishment, accounting, and tax services.
  • Take responsibility for hiring and training new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed client expectations and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the founder and senior management team to set and achieve ambitious goals for the company.
  • Play a key role in building and nurturing a positive and high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • Hungry of success with the will of assisting people into visiting, moving or living in Indonesia.
  • Study or great personality: Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be appreciated but not required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others, positive
  • mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Experience working in the legal or consulting industry is a plus.
  • Intention to own its business and be proud of it.
  • Australian citizenship.
