We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Team Lead
to join a large-scale
SAP S/4HANA implementation project
within the
retail industry
. This role requires deep expertise in warehouse operations and SAP EWM, along with strong leadership and communication skills to manage functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP EWM workstream in a full-cycle S/4HANA implementation project.
  • Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions tailored to retail warehouse operations.
  • Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, storage optimization, cross-docking, and other advanced warehouse management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with business users, project managers, and external vendors throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct workshops, support testing activities, and lead training sessions.
  • Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    10 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM
    , preferably within the
    retail industry
    .
  • Proven experience as an
    SAP EWM Team Lead
    in
    at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project
    .
  • Strong domain knowledge in
    retail warehouse operations and logistics
    .
  • Expertise in
    SAP Extended Warehouse Management
    , including
    configuration and integration
    .
  • Experience across all project lifecycle phases:
    blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
    .
  • Demonstrated
    leadership skills
    , including team management and business stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Experience working in a
    multi-vendor project environment
    .
