Our client is a foam manufacturing company producing technical and specialty foams for automotive, furniture, electronics, outdoor, and packaging industries. Currently looking for PPIC Manager with strong background from FOAM, WOOD, FURNITURE, GARMENT / TEXTILE only.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop short-term and long-term production plans based on market demand
  • Manage and supervise the PPIC team in production, planning and inventory control
  • Coordinate with other departments including production, sales  and logistics to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze production and inventory data to identify areas for improvement
  • Optimize resource utilization to achieve efficiency and cost savings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Management, Industrial Engineering  or related fields
  • Has 5 years of experience in PPIC with 3 years in a managerial position
  • Experienced in the industry of either wood/garment/textile/furniture (MUST)
  • Understanding of production planning and inventory control concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has a good communication in English both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
