Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist Supervisor to oversee day-to-day human resources operations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support organizational growth. This role requires a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and implement HR initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, payroll, and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support employee engagement programs and performance management processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, data analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff to enhance efficiency and capability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
