About the role :

The Accounting & Tax role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and full compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This position plays a key role in managing financial reporting, bookkeeping, and corporate tax obligations in a timely and compliant manner.

Key Responsibility :

  1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  2. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping records.

  3. Independently prepare complete financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
  4. Perform bank reconciliation and sales revenue reconciliation.
  5. Prepare and control monthly adjusting journal entries.
  6. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with PSAK and company SOPs
    .

Tax Planning & Complience

  • Manage all corporate tax obligations, including VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and Final Income Tax.
  • Prepare and submit monthly tax returns and annual corporate tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Handle tax administration such as E-Faktur, E-Bupot, E-Billing, and Coretax systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations.

Required Skill and Competencies :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide accurate solutions based on data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Brevet A & B certification is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, E-Faktur, E-Bupot, and DJP reporting systems.
