is hiring a RnD Engineer to join our growing team.

Location: Jakarta

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and software development trends to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and test new software applications and features.
  • Analyze and improve existing software solutions through rigorous testing and user feedback.
  • Ensure software performance, quality, and security standards are met.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or R&D roles.

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring Boot, and Angular.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, or CVS).

- Experience working with Linux environments, including deploying web applications on Linux servers using Apache Tomcat.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Passionate about technology innovation and continuous learning.

  • Experience with Machine Learning / AI / Data Analytics is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is preferred.
