Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Salesperson located in Tangerang. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing product/service information, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
