Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Has 10 (ten) years working experience as EXIM Manager, preferably in Garment Industry located in bonded zone
  • Well versed in Customs Rules and Regulations of Indonesia.
  • Must possess good negotiation skills and communication capabilities.
  • Hard worker, energetic, have a good personality, integrity, and leadership skills
  • Experienced with SAP system is preferred and ability to communicate in English language is a must.
  • Capable of working as a team.

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle all export and import process including the Documents and Administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with Customs department, Forwarders, Buyers and suppliers  to ensure timely arrival of all imports  and dispatch of  exports
  • Coordinate with PPIC, warehouse, merchandising, and productions teams to plan the export and import schedules.
  • Knowledge of CTPAT regulation and IT Inventory system is a must
