About the role

Are you an experienced Sales Representative looking for an exciting new challenge? PT Jaykay Files Indonesia is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our sales team in Semarang and Surabaya. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
  2. Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
  7. Providing detailed sales reports and insights to management

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the same or a similar industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and objections
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  5. Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales process
  6. Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
