Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Accountant, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing tax returns, and conducting financial analysis. The Accountant will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits, and provide financial advice to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial record-keeping, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation.
  • Experience in processing invoices, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and preparing tax returns.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with internal audits and financial advice.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
