Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Bantul, for a Nuclear Waste Specialist. The Nuclear Waste Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the safe handling, storage, and disposal of nuclear waste. Tasks include conducting risk assessments, developing waste management plans, monitoring waste containment systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. The specialist will also liaise with regulatory bodies, provide technical reports, and contribute to the development of long-term waste disposal solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in nuclear waste handling, storage, transportation, and disposal
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and developing containment strategies
• Effective communication skills for liaising with regulatory bodies and presenting technical reports
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to on-site working environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Previous experience in nuclear waste management, environmental protection, or related industries is an advantage
