Job Description:

  • Selling the company's products or services to customers.
  • Identifying new prospects and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Promoting products to increase awareness and purchase interest.
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handling customer complaints with effective and satisfactory solutions.
  • Following up with prospects and existing customers.
  • Understanding the sales targets set by the company.
  • Developing strategies to achieve or exceed those targets.
  • Negotiating prices and contracts with customers.
  • Recording sales activities, prospects, and customer visit outcomes.
  • Preparing weekly or monthly sales reports for management.
  • Analyzing market trends and providing input for product development.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and other teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participating in training or company activities to enhance skills.
  • Serve as the face of the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Uphold the company's values and maintain a professional image in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • SMA/SMK/D3/S1 Degree required
  • Minimum of one year experience in the water treatment industry.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
  • Able to communicate, write, and read in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus) .
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
