Job Description:
- Selling the company's products or services to customers.
- Identifying new prospects and building relationships with potential customers.
- Promoting products to increase awareness and purchase interest.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handling customer complaints with effective and satisfactory solutions.
- Following up with prospects and existing customers.
- Understanding the sales targets set by the company.
- Developing strategies to achieve or exceed those targets.
- Negotiating prices and contracts with customers.
- Recording sales activities, prospects, and customer visit outcomes.
- Preparing weekly or monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyzing market trends and providing input for product development.
- Collaborating with the marketing team and other teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Participating in training or company activities to enhance skills.
- Serve as the face of the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Uphold the company's values and maintain a professional image in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- SMA/SMK/D3/S1 Degree required
- Minimum of one year experience in the water treatment industry.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Quick thinker with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
- Able to communicate, write, and read in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus) .
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
