- Learning Strategy Execution: Implement L&D initiatives, including Learning Needs Analysis and competency frameworks.
- Content Development and Instructional Design: Develop impactful training content, particularly in soft skills and leadership topics. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles across in-person, blended, and eLearning formats.
- Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to manage multiple L&D programs concurrently, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder coordination and successful delivery
- Learning Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to diagnose learning needs and curate relevant training solutions
- Demonstrated experience marketing, promoting or driving participation in programs or events: Leveraging outreach, campaigns or digital tools to maximise engagement.
- Proactive self-starter with a resourceful, can-do attitude: adapts quickly to shifting priorities and leads initiatives with energy and optimism.
Job Requirements
This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Analyst to join a passionate team that is aiming to shape Traveloka's learning culture and create a lasting impact on organisational and talent development. Working with diverse audiences, the role will support the development and implementation of effective learning solutions that enable our team members across the region to acquire new skills and succeed in their roles.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in L&D and digital learning, with expertise in various learning methodologies. The candidate should also possess a strong background in instructional design and curriculum development, and be confident in designing, organising, and tracking learning solutions, as well as collaborating with diverse teams.
The role will be responsible for managing the learning platforms (LMS, Disprz, Predictive Index, Darwin) and content authoring software to ensure all digital tools and content align with the organisation's overall learning strategy.
Additionally, the role will support the implementation of L&D initiatives and the rollout of programmes at the Traveloka campus. This will include ensuring smooth L&D operations, learning data analytics, and logistical readiness for all L&D initiatives and programmes, both online and in the classroom.
