Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Bertanggung jawab atas target penjualan retail di wilayahnya
  2. Rekrutmen dan training untuk timnya
  3. Melakukan riset pasar untuk pengembangan penjualan di wilayahnya
  4. Membuat laporan kerja harian, mingguan, dan bulanan kepada Head of Sales Retail
  5. Mengontrol dan memastikan bahwa sistem kerja telah dijalankan dengan baik dan benar
  6. Menjaga hubungan baik pelanggan
  7. Mengawasi planning, proses, laporan kinerja, dan analisis data
  8. Menyusun prosedur yang diperlukan oleh sales
