Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

  • Manage import customs clearance (PIB) through INSW/CEISA.
  • Review the completeness and accuracy of import documents.
  • Determine HS Codes according to the type of goods and applicable regulations.
  • Handle customs clearance processes and resolve issues (red line, SPPB, physical inspection).
  • Coordinate with Customs, EMKL, surveyors, forwarders, and other related parties.
  • Arrange the transportation of goods from port to warehouse.
  • Ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage procurement of goods according to company requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure the completeness of documents for specific purposes.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Management/Logistics/Economics or related field).
  • At least 1 year of work experience in logistics/customs/export-import.
  • Ability to coordinate with Customs, EMKL, forwarders, surveyors, and other related parties.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
