WAITER/SS

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about services and eager to enhance their skills in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly welcome to customers and guide them to the table.

• Provide information about the menu and answer customer questions.

• Serving food and drinks in a professional manner.

• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.

• Provide recommendations on dishes and drinks based on menu knowledge.

• Set up tables prior to customer arrival, including cutlery arrangement and plate layout.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables during customer use.

• Maintain monitoring of the state of the table and ensure timely service.

• Receive payments from customers and give accurate change (if required).

• Cleans tables and ensures that chairs and cutlery are always clean.

• Understand the restaurant menu well and be able to provide detailed information to customers.

• Update knowledge about new dishes, promos, or menu changes.

• Communicate well with the kitchen team and other staff.

• Work together in busy situations to ensure smooth service.

• Respond politely to customer complaints or concerns and promptly report to management when necessary.

• Understand and follow etiquette and etiquette.

Requirements :

• Have experience in the position applied for

• Fluent in English communication

• Have a good grooming & Attitude

• Hard working and ready to be deployed in BEDUGUL area

• Fresh graduated are welcome
