Role Description

You will be responsible for managing administrative and coordination tasks that support finance operations within the organization, focusing on AR, inventory control, office administration matters. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate smooth day-to-day operations, documentation control, and inter-department coordination.

Job Responsibilities

1.
Handle full-cycle Accounts Receivable transaction (quotation, purchase orders and invoices).

2.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock inventory, coordination with engineering and finance teams.

3.
Handling export and import activities of spare parts, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

4.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, or service providers regarding invoice status or documentation.

5.
Handle office administration matters.

6.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as engineering and other internal dept ensure accurate financial data flow.

Skills and Qualifications

1.

Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a multinational company environment (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)

3.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP or similar ERP systems).

4.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Able to speak mandarin is advantage.

5.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently in a team.
