Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Secondary English Teacher to teach the Cambridge curriculum for 2026/2027 academic school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language & literature, a deep understanding of the Cambridge curriculum, and a genuine desire to inspire students to excel in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching secondary school students using the Cambridge curriculum, fostering a love for English, especially Literature.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in English Language & Literature

Qualifications:

  • Willing to be placed in Bogor, Jawa Barat
  • Bachelor's degree in English or related field (Majoring in English Language & Literature and/or having a Master's degree is a plus)
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English in a secondary school setting. Teaching English Literature as well is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Enthusiasm for professional growth and development.
