strong experience building and scaling consulting companies
— and we're passionate about creating intelligent, data-driven organizations.

We're now looking for
Data Engineers
(junior, mid, and senior levels) who share our curiosity, discipline, and love for turning raw data into value.

As a
Data Engineer
, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain
    data pipelines
    for analytics and reporting.
  • Develop
    ETL/ELT processes
    that transform raw data into usable insights.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    .
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts and Consultants to deliver integrated data solutions.
  • Optimize data infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Support the development of
    data warehouses, data lakes, and BI platforms
    .
  • Implement data governance, quality, and security best practices.

Minimum Requirements (for all levels):

  • Strong understanding of
    SQL
    and data modeling concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with
    ETL pipelines
    and/or data integration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Talend).
  • Familiar with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
  • Experience with
    cloud data platforms
    (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

For Mid/Senior Levels:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics infrastructure.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
    , or data orchestration.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and/or working with consulting clients.
