As we scale our technology to deliver even greater impact, we're looking for a Technical Lead who will drive engineering excellence, mentor a growing team, and help shape a product that truly improves parenting in Indonesia.What You'll OwnBusiness Systems & ERP OperationsLead technical integration, customization, and daily operations of Oracle NetSuite ERPEnsure smooth data flow between sales channels (e-commerce, B2B, marketplaces) and NetSuiteBuild and maintain internal operational tools : dashboards, reports, workflow automation for Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teamsProvide Tier-2/3 technical support for business-critical systems: troubleshoot ERP issues, data sync failures, integration problemsSupport multi-warehouse operations , inventory management, batch tracking, and 3PL integrationsCollaborate daily with Business Intelligence, Product Manager, Finance, Ops, and Supply Chain teams to understand and solve their technical pain pointsSecurity, Compliance & Vendor ManagementLead data governance , ensuring compliance with audit requirementsConduct vendor security assessments before API/system integrationPrepare technical documentation for external audits and ensure all compliance requirements are metTeam Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor 2-4 engineers (backend, frontend, or full-stack) with a focus on business systems workTranslate technical issues into business languageWork cross-functionally with non-technical teams: Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, CommerceHelp engineers understand business context and FMCG operations, not just codeFoster a culture where operational work (ERP, internal tools, support) is valued equally with product featuresDay-to-Day OperationsMonitor all transactional data integrations and resolve issues before they impact business operationsMaintain documentation for all business systems and integrationsWhat Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)Business OperationsERP data integration runs smoothly with a
