Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an Accounting Supervisor located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for managing the preparation of financial statements, overseeing financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making. The role also involves monitoring the use of accounting software, leading a team of accounting professionals, and streamlining financial processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
  • Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an accounting or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus
