Trade Promo

Job Purpose :

To develop and ensure effective Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Sales Promotions any merchandising activities to the trade of National, towards the achievement of sales business objective/s.

Job Responsibility :

1. Ensure on-time submission and review all PPP (P3) and other proposals submitted by the Regions before submission to TPM Manager.
2. Assist in the preparation, negotiation and conduct of National Events and major programs.

3. Coordinate with Marketing for the implementation of Marketing-initiated trade and consumer promo, allocation and installation of signages and special events implementation.

4. Coordinate with Logistics in the on-time deployment of dealer aids and P.O.S. Materials to the Regions, Area and Districts.

5. Monitor implementation of all Sales, TPM and Marketing-initiated plans & programs, Special Events within budgets.
6. Conduct Sales Assisting fieldwork activities to evaluate National TPM programs and promotion
7. Consolidate, monitor and control of promo expenses on National level and reconcile with Finance.
8. Preparation of Sales Assisting, On-Premise, Supermarket Evaluation Reports, Closure Reports  and other reports as needed

Job Requirement :

1. Must be Bachelor graduate (preferably Business Management or Marketing degree).
2. Have work experience in Sales and/or Marketing department For minimum 5 Years
3. Proficiency in the use of analytical tools and techniques.
4. Basic working knowledge on Sales and marketing concepts.
5. Strong ability in interpersonal relations skills; must be able to work within a group other units as well.\
6. Basic knowledge and application on MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
7. Good in oral and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
