About the role

We are seeking an Operational Manager to join our dynamic team at PT LABELLA TRAWANGAN, one of a leading hospitality company in Gili Trawangan, West Nusa Tenggara. As our Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the daily operations of our company, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving continuous improvement across our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all operational aspects of our hospitality business, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with department heads to coordinate operations, resolve issues, and foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making process, offering insights and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an operational management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

    (Food and Beverage Knowledge is a PLUS).
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making on the spot to help ensure everything run well.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities to create a high-performing teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
