Job Descriptions:

  • Mendesain dan mengembangkan pisau/tooling untuk proses produksi woodworking.
  • Membuat blueprint desain sesuai permintaan engineering/produksi.
  • Mengoperasikan, setting, dan kalibrasi mesin CNC, bubut, dan bor.
  • Menganalisa material pisau (HSS, carbide, tungsten, dll).
  • Menguji performa pisau dan melakukan perbaikan bila diperlukan.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim produksi untuk memastikan kualitas dan efisiensi.
  • Melakukan preventive maintenance pada tooling dan mesin terkait.
  • Menyusun laporan proses pembuatan dan penggunaan material.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan supplier/vendor untuk pengadaan dan perbaikan.
  • Menjaga area kerja sesuai standar K3.

Job Qualifications:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Mesin/Manufaktur; pengalaman relevan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Pengalaman 3–5 tahun dalam pembuatan pisau/tooling untuk industri woodworking.
  • Mahir mengoperasikan dan memprogram mesin CNC, mesin bubut, dan mesin bor.
  • Menguasai machining, toleransi, pengukuran, serta pembuatan gambar teknik (CAD/CAM 2D/3D).
  • Paham karakteristik material pisau (HSS, carbide, tungsten) dan proses grinding, sharpening, serta finishing.
  • Mampu melakukan troubleshooting mesin/tooling dan memahami standar keselamatan kerja (K3).
  • Diutamakan mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Mandarin
