We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ''
Freelance'' Social Media Marketing Manager
to support our Southeast Asia markets. This role requires strong coordination skills to manage regional agencies, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and oversee daily posting across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in balancing creativity with performance insights and can act as the bridge between content, PR, and business teams.

What will you do:

Agency & Project Management

  • Manage and coordinate regional social media agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within scope

Content & Posting Execution

  • Oversee and manage daily posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure content calendars are executed smoothly and localised for each market.
  • Review and approve creatives/captions from agencies before publishing.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, follower growth, CPM/CPE, etc.) across all platforms.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and share actionable insights.
  • Recommend optimisation tactics based on data and audience behaviour.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with PR, GTM, and Business teams to align messaging with wider campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencer managers and other marketing functions when needed.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently applied across all content.

What we expect from you:

  • 2–3 years
    of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally across multiple markets or regions
  • Proven experience managing and coordinating external
    agencies
    or creative partners
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms:
    Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
    , and their best practices
  • Familiarity with
    social media analytics
    tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform insights)
  • Experience creating and executing
    localized content strategies
    in line with global brand guidelines
  • Excellent
    project management
    skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of
    performance metrics
    (e.g., CPM, CPE, CTR, engagement rate) and ability to derive insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal
    communication skills
    in English; additional regional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., PR, GTM, Influencer, Business Units)
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced
    , data-driven, and agile environment
