  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for both holding and project entities.
  • Ensure timely month-end closing, consolidation, and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with PSAK and corporate policies.
  • Strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance with PSAK and applicable regulations.
  • Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants, and project finance teams.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting quality and financial processes.

  • Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
  • Prior experience in public accounting or audit firms is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and E8RP system (e.g., Odoo, Accurate).
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Experience in mining, energy, or project-based sectors is a plus.
