As an intern, you will
support our team in managing brand campaigns and building strong relationships with creators
. You will gain direct experience in the fast-growing influencer marketing and creator economy industry, working across Brand, Campaign & Partnership

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns with KOLs and affiliates on TikTok and Shopee (TAP, paid collaborations, etc.).
  • Support campaign coordination with internal teams, brands, and creators to ensure smooth delivery and timelines are met.
  • Help source, onboard, and engage affiliate/KOLs that match campaign needs.
  • Provide guidance and share best practices with creators regarding content strategy and campaign expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, organize data, and help prepare reports for internal and client use.
  • Maintain clear communication and relationships with brand partners and creators under team supervision.
  • Support in resolving basic platform-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, social commerce, and the creator economy.
  • Basic knowledge of TikTok & Shopee features/trends is a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Surabaya.
