Position Description **

Responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in the Korean language to students of varying proficiency levels. Involves developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages cultural appreciation and language proficiency.

Location : On-Site LPK Bina Mandiri Wonosobo

Working Condition : Full-Time (5 days, 8AM to 5PM)

Basic Requirement **

  • Male
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in the Korean language (Korean proficiency certificate preferred)
  • At least 1 year of prior Korean language teaching experience, especially in language instruction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for teaching and a strong appreciation for Korean culture

Responsibilities

  • Teach Korean language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
  • Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and goals.
  • Integrate cultural elements into the curriculum to enhance language learning.
  • Evaluate student progress through assessments, quizzes, and informal evaluations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom dynamics to promote active participation and collaboration among students.
  • Stay current with best practices in language teaching and developments in Korean linguistics.
