Sales (Lighting, LED/LCD, AV)atwork is looking for a Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for selling our range of Lighting, LED/LCD, and AV solutions. You will work closely with industry stakeholders to understand their project needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful product delivery and installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from client consultation and quotations to order processing and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, architects, lighting designers, and contractors.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across all offerings and stay updated with new products.
  • Ensure all documentation related to the clients is recorded and filed correctly.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reach out to potential clients and hold meetings with clients to assess their needs, provide expert recommendations, and present product options that align with their project requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: D3 or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the lighting design, LED/LCD, smart home systems, and AV industry. Experience in selling luxury furniture and lighting is a major plus.
  • Ability to connect with potential clients across diverse backgrounds and identify clients' needs.
  • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advice, convince clients, and close the deal.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong network in the Interior Design, Furniture, and ICT community.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, result-driven approach to sales.
