Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineering Manager, based in Bandung. The individual will oversee and lead process design, engineering, and optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving business processes, implementing and monitoring process controls, driving innovation in process optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The role also involves managing resources, adhering to compliance standards, and maintaining quality and performance objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering, especially utilities
  • Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Process Optimization
  • Experience with Process Control methodologies and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices within industrial and engineering contexts
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bandung
