engaging content that people actually watch, share, and buy from

is a niche perfumery brand committed to capturing the essence of nature's beauty in every bottle. We craft artisanal scents designed to evoke emotions, spark memories, and create meaningful experiences.

As we grow, we want to build a content engine that brings the
"Lakescent Experience"
to screens every day through Reels, TikTok, Stories, and community interactions that feel personal, cinematic, and fun.

What You'll Do

Be the Voice of Lakescent:

  • Own the day-to-day execution of our social media posting, scheduling, and keeping the brand's presence consistent across platforms (IG & TikTok).

Be the Storyteller:

  • Turn scent notes, moods, and lore into content people can
    hooks, scripts, captions, and angles that make viewers imagine the fragrance instantly.

Be the Creator:

  • Shoot content, do editing, and repurpose assets into multiple formats (Reels/TikTok/Stories).

Be the Trend Translator:

  • Spot trends early (sounds, formats, memes),
    then adapt them into Lakescent-style content without losing the brand's tone and aesthetic.

Be the Performance Thinker:

  • Track what works
    (watch time, saves, shares, comments, profile visits), iterate fast, and propose small experiments weekly (hook A/B, format changes, posting times).

Be the Connector:

  • Engage with comments and DMs (or coordinate with CS), build rapport, and maintain a warm, human brand presence.

What We're Looking For

Content Instinct:

  • You understand hooks, pacing, and why people keep watching.
    You don't just make "pretty content" you make content that performs.

Execution Muscle:

  • You can plan + publish consistently. No ghosting the calendar.

Creative Writing & Taste:

  • Strong captioning, great sense of tone, and the
    ability to turn a product into a story

Basic Editing Skills:

  • Comfortable with CapCut/VN/Canva. Clean cuts, good pacing, readable text, and simple transitions.

Analytics Comfort:

  • You can read platform analytics and make decisions from it.

Reliable & Organized:

  • You're consistent, punctual, and can work independently in a hybrid setup.
